The two highest bidders by sealed envelope for each item will be contacted on May 14 to confirm their bid and obtain credit card details to hold for security.

For all Live Auction Bid items - the auction will be held on May 15 at approximately 9:20pm. Live bidders in the room will be notified that there is a sealed envelope bid. If the item is a silent auction item, the sealed envelope bid will be placed on the bid sheet as the first bid.  At the end of bidding, if the sealed envelope bid wins, the bidder¡¯s credit card will be charged immediately and the bidder will be notified by SMS. If the transaction fails, the winning bidder will be contacted immediately by phone. If the bidder cannot be reached to obtain alternate credit card details, the next highest bid ¨C whether by a bidder in the room or by sealed envelope bid ¨C will become the winning bidder. If the winning bid is made by a bidder in the room, sealed envelope bidders will be notified by email on Monday May 17 that their bid was unsuccessful.

The winning bidder must coordinate and pay for all transport of their item, either from the Touched by Olivia Foundation office in Drummoyne the following week. All items must be collected by May 21 2010. If not collected by May 21, a storage fee may be charged.
